There is nothing common about common sense. . .

What will the courts make of this?  I have little confidence that common sense will win out.  Instead, I fear that the hysteria that has paraded as legal protection of a minority will prevail.  Why not give the boy his own dressing room?  It would surely be a better solution that to allow him to undress and shower with girls.  But what do I know. . .

My understanding is that they did give this mixed up child his own dressing room, but the ruling is that this is not acceptable. He must be able to feel included with the girls, be treated as a real girl. A private dressing room is considered ostracism, totally unacceptable.

I think he needs to be told that he uses the boys dressing room and that is the end of the discussion. His confused mind does not justify the embarrassment and endangerment of all the girls in the school. Nature does not lie; he is genetically a boy, even if he has become emotionally confused about this fact.
